The aim of GIVING HANDS VANUATU is to raise funds and accept donations to go towards Vila Central Hospital’s repairs and requirements as needed.
GIVING HANDS VANUATU is registered in Vanuatu with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission.
On the 7th January the Daily Post, in Vanuatu did an article on the leaks in the roof of the corridor near the Maternity ward and Childrens ward at Vila Central Hospital (VCH). The water was gushing into the Wards.
GIVING HANDS VANUATU has reached out to VCH management to offer to raise funds to repair these leaks and VCH have accepted our offer to help.
GIVING HANDS VANUATU has also begun other projects at VCH such as, water blasting corridor walkways, fixing sinks, cleaning the ward bathrooms and hand washing stations, replacing windows and louvers in the wards and we have had a team of plumbers repairing the plumbing problems in VCH. All parts have been donated to the skilled people carrying out the works.
